Policy and a Pint

Join us for an informal, non-partisan evening of conversation, connection, and community-building over a pint. This event is open to public servants, academics, and anyone interested in public policy.

We’re excited to welcome Bridget Parrish, British Columbia’s seventh Auditor General, for a thought-provoking conversation on her role, the place of the Auditor General as an independent office of the legislature, and recent reporting from the office. The discussion will include reflections on current work, including the examination report on support for the Village of Lytton’s wildfire recovery. The evening will feature a short talk followed by informal discussion and social time.

The evening will include:

  • A 15–20 minute talk

  • Informal networking and social time

Come meet fellow public servants, connect with the IPAC-Victoria Board, share your ideas for future events, and be part of a growing community of policy-minded professionals in Victoria.

Entry to the event is free — pints not included. Please RSVP below.
